xfi gen 2 pods wont stop flashing

All four of my Xfinity Gen 2 WiFi Boost Pods stopped working at the same time on Sept. 18. My gateway and internet service are working normally.

I have rebooted the gateway, power-cycled all four pods, and removed/re-added two pods. The app sometimes shows all four pods as online or only some as online and says their connection point is the Gateway, but all four continue to slowly flash and are not functioning normally. One also showed “Connection Type: Unknown.”

This appears to be a pod/mesh provisioning issue rather than a gateway or individual pod failure. Can you please check the provisioning/mesh status on the account and reprovision the pods/gateway if needed?
