Xfi Gateway not powering up

My Xfi Gateway doesn't get power despite everything else I own getting power from the same outlets. I just finished moving and am trying to settle in and get my computer up and running for classes coming up in a few weeks but I can't set up my internet on the app if the modem won't power up in the first place. I don't know if it is the power supply or the Gateway itself but one or the other, or both, don't function. I urgently need replacements so I can get my internet up and running asap as the start date is swiftly approaching and I dont want to have to try and juggle my schoolwork exclusively on my phone.

The fastest thing to do would be to take them to your local Xfinity Store to swap them out for another.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it
