Xfi Gateway Modem causing drive connection issues/dropping

Hi,

I've had some issues since switching to the Xfi Gateway modem. I have a PC-based media server that plays video files from a network shared drive via ethernet attached to a TP-Link unmanaged switch. Everything worked fine when it was hard wired my old Wi-Fi router, however after upgrading, my video files would freeze about 10 to 20 minutes of playing and then stop. If I disconnect the switch from the router, everything plays fine, so it has something to do with the Xfi.

progrocktv2112 Have you tried disabling the xFi Advanced Security to see if that resolves the issue? While we don't recommend turning it off, you may want to see if it does have a direct relationship to what you're seeing.
