Xfi complete

Why if I'm paying for xfi complete do I not have the pod that plugs into the wall? I'm paying an extra 25 dollars a month to not have it?

I know how iportant to understand what it is you are paying for, here is a breakdown of what is included with your Xfi Complete program! You get a Xfinity Gateway modem rental (a $15 value), your data is upgraded from 1.2 TB to unlimited (a $30 value) and you receive a home Wi-Fi assessment, where if you qualify you can receive up to two Xfinity Wi-Fi pods at no charge. You should have received an email when the assessment began and another 30 days later, after the completion of the assessment to let you know if you qualify for the pods. If you don't remember seeing the email please make sure to check you Spam folder.
