Xfi complete need a pod, never received home assessment
We purchased 1GB xfi complete and installed the new modem on 9/22. We were told there would be a home assessment within 14 days and it has been over four weeks and we still have not had the assessment. We have a large 3400 sqft 4 bedoom home (will be 500 sqft and 5 bedroom when we finish the basement and we really need the pod so we are able to work from home and so our children are able to complete their online classes. We currently have around 25 connected devices (echo, roku, ipads, computers, laptops, etc) and we really need speed and connectivity in order to complete our work.
Below are screenshots taken this afternoon from my iphone, ipad, and desktop computer showing how slow are internet has been. None of the devices were getting more than 20MBPS, much less 1000 (1GB).
Please, please, please send us the results of our home assessment and our additional pod. We have been customers for 15+ years and are paying for 1GB service and xfi complete, please send us the equipment we need in order to work remotely during this pandemic. Please....
