xfi complete added to plan

I don't know what this is and I want to remove it. An extra $25 added to the bill when I didn't consent is deeply irritating. When I go to to the manage my plan options on mobile, it gives me an error page and prompts me to call their customer service line. I can't find customer support chats that aren't the bot.
