XF3 Gateway in Bridge Mode - X1 Service?
I'm moving to a new home with Fiber-To-The-Home service. I believe it requires the XF3 Gateway. I wish to use my own router and wireless access points. This likely requires putting the XF3 in Bridge Mode (to avoid double NAT issue), but I wonder how I could still get X1 TV service as such. Is there a (wired? wireless?) TV Box that works in this set-up? Alternatively, could I use the Xfinity Stream Beta App (on Roku or Firestick) to see and record X1 service without requiring a TV Box rental? Many thanks for any helpful info!

Good evening @user_1b69b6! I hope you are doing well and enjoying your Sunday night! :) I appreciate your time and patience. Thank you for contacting our team here on our Community Forums page. Congrats on your move, we are here and happy to help in any way we can.
Xfinity Fiber networks are awesome and it great to hear it is available in your area. You asked some great questions, at this time it does require you to lease one of our reliable Xfinity gateways, until there becomes compatible 3rd party modems which support it. Also, you can obtain our Xfinity TV service as long as you have our Xfinity internet service, that is not a problem. We would have to check your location and see what type of box would be required (wired or wireless). Please let us know what other questions you have may.
