good morning I was chatting with an agent last night and i was inform that on may 15 I would be able to get the x-class internet services and the new XB10 modem shipped to me. I wanted to find out if this was true or not. as I need to re-do our contract to the 5 year plans. is this true? if so i would like to talk to someone about this matter. Know that I did get someone about my TV channels line changing too in my email

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
