xclass service will up to 2 static IP's be available, without going to Business class

with 2 gb connection,will up to 2 static IP be available, for residential service, and not have to order Business Class service. I already have 2gb/350mb will I have to request a syncronise upgrade.

Static IP's are not available on any tier of residential service.

I had 4 dynamic Outward Facing IP's, but they took those away after my 2 gig upgrade too... Monitoring camera directly Static IP, or DDNS Server is needed even for home users... my forced connection to ATT Provides Static IP with residential.. I have that too!!, I would like to have one Service, the in flexibilty of Xfinity residential service negates this option.
