X-Class Rollout in my area. How do I find out when and if the 2000/300 service is being offered in my area

A few weeks ago I go messages that Xfinity was upgrading equipment and service in my area and service may be interrupted.  I was hoping that the higher upload speeds would be part of this upgrade.  When I go to my account it shows I have the best plan 1200/40. Is there any place to see when and if the higher upload speeds will be offered?
