Xbox x has not connection to internet

I have my Xbox X on a wired connection to my modem. The app says I’m connected and working fine but my Xbox says I’m paused and I have no internet access. I keep trying power cycling the modem and restarting my Xbox X and switching it to Wi-Fi connection but nothing is working. All my other devices are working fine. Should I just get a new modem?

Hello, @user_50xdkz

 

Since other devices are able to connect with no issues, it sounds like it may be specific to the Xbox. Have you tested the Xbox's network adapter to ensure it is working properly or has not been disabled? I would navigate to your device's network settings to check.
