Xbox x has not connection to internet

I have my Xbox X on a wired connection to my modem. The app says I’m connected and working fine but my Xbox says I’m paused and I have no internet access. I keep trying power cycling the modem and restarting my Xbox X and switching it to Wi-Fi connection but nothing is working. All my other devices are working fine. Should I just get a new modem?
