xb9 or xb10 modem
Hello Support,
Is the XB9 or XB10 available in my area? If it is available in my area, how can I obtain one? None of the local Comcast stores in my area has any. Right now, I have the XB8 with a 2GB download and 250 Mbps upload internet plan. My zip code is [Edited: "Personal Information”]

Thank you for reaching out @yasirfaheem . We can certainly place an order for a replacement gateway; however, we cannot guarantee that you will receive an XB10 specifically. Gateway fulfillment is based on warehouse inventory and availability at the time the order is processed. Since you currently have an XB8 with our 2 Gigabit/250 Mbps plan, you're already using a compatible device for those speeds. If XB10 inventory is available through the warehouse serving your area zipcode, an XB10 may be shipped. If not, a different compatible gateway may be sent. Unfortunately, local Xfinity Stores do not always have XB10 inventory available, and store availability can differ from warehouse stock used for shipped orders.
