Xb8-t troubleshoot

New modem connected used app to setup and it’s just blinking and will not allow data useable but says everything is connecr

Hello @user_7e4f70 Thanks for reaching out to us here for help with the connections to the gateway. I'm sorry it's not working for you. Typically, there is a connection / signal issue when the modem light is flashing. Check your coaxial cable connections and bypass any splitters if you have any. Also make sure that amplifiers are connected to power, if applicable. Aside from that it could be something outside causing the interruption. I would love to help out if you are still having an issue.
