XB8-T Setup Error

Hi all,

 so I got the new XB8-T gateway modem due to I upgraded my speed to x2gig. When I try to setup the modem in the Xfinity app I get an error at the Wifi SSID/Pasword page, it just says it has encountered an error. The gateway is only connected to the coax and the light is flashing white.

Any ideas on how to get around this issue? I have tried disconnecting and rebooting the gateway several times and it always gives the same error. Ironically, I do not need the Wifi at all, as I will be using the Gateway in bridge mode on my network.
As a side note, would a Netgear Nighthawk CM2000 work with the new speeds? Or is their Gateway required?

As an update, I called and found out the error was due to the work order had not been completed. After about 45 minutes on the phone I was up and running.
