Xb8 with no light when plugged in
Help! Went to reset my router, unplugged it and plugged it back in and it does nothing. No light flashing. Outlet works. Plug tested with multimeter and works. Is it dead?

Hi @auryn24,
Thank you for reaching us here on Forums. You have a great community of fellow customers, Xfinity Experts, and Xfinity Specialists ready to help. I appreciate you taking the time to create a new post and let us know about your situation. I understand you were resetting your Gateway; however, it didn't come back online after the reboot.
As someone who relies on their network daily, I know what a headache it can be to be offline. I am grateful for all the troubleshooting you've done so far. Keep in mind you can also use the Xfinity App to reset your network and equipment at any time if you run into trouble or feel the network needs a quick refresh. The app really makes the process easy in only a few clicks.
I see you reached out to our support team, and we have a plan in place already. I'll continue to monitor the account to ensure you get back online. In the meantime, I will be glad to help with additional troubleshooting as we wait. Can I have details about any troubleshooting you've done so far? Were you having issues before the reboot, or did this start immediately after?
