XB8 - WiFi not listed

I installed the XB8 modem/router. Through the Xfinity app I activated it. Did not change the WiFi name or password.  None of my WiFi devices (iPhone, Mac, TV) can see/join the network. “Unable to join”.  Through app I can see only device that is connected is hard wired. 
Support ran through bunch of tests and nothing worked. 
Anyone else have this problem?
