XB8 stuck on legacy 40 Mbps upload after mid-split upgrade

My neighborhood mid-split work is complete, and higher speed tiers are active at my address. However, my XB8 is stuck on an outdated legacy boot file giving me 40 Mbps upload on my current rate plan. Could an employee please help me update my backend boot file profile without altering my $50/mo plan?

Update: I spoke with Higher-Tier Repair over live chat. They confirmed my local node is upgraded and that my XB8 is stuck on a legacy sub-split boot file capping my upload at 40 Mbps. However, the agent was unable to update the backend rate code manually to push the Next-Gen boot file. Could a Digital Care employee here please assist in updating the backend provisioning code on my account?

user_k5nc18 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your upload speed after network updates in your area. To confirm whether your location was included in any upgrades, you can stop by our Broadband facts page and enter your address. It will provide different plan options available in the area depending on the network. It would also reflect an increased upload speed from the base 35Mbps included in our base market area plans. These details would be shown on a fly out once you pick the plan on the right side of the page. The upload speed would be included in the description. Pick your current speed to see what upload speed you would be provided. Are you able to confirm the increased upload speed on the Broadband facts page?

Once you are able to confirm the upload on the page provided I can get a better idea of next steps for you.
