XB8 reprovisioning
My internet speed is no where near what I’ve upgraded to. I received my new XB8 router last night, and upgraded my speed tier to 1200 mbps.
I’m still getting the same 300 mbps as my previous plan.
I’ve read that the bootfile may be incorrect.
Please completely remove the router from my account and "re-provision" it from scratch. Also, please confirm that the provisioning and account data in the xfinity database is correct and complete and that the correct configuration / bootfile for my subscribed speed tier of 1200 mbps is being pushed to the modem/router.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
