XB8 Locked to one Downstream

Is this normal? Internet is working but getting random forbidden access on some sites.

No. It's not "normal". Only the OFDM channel is showing. How are your speeds ? We've been seeing some posts here that there may be a firmware glitch with some of the XB8's where the signal stat values and / or the error log entries are not populating. First. Try power cycling / rebooting it and see if the table populates.

I rebooted the modem multiple times. Internet is working ok, but do get forbidden errors on some sites once in a while.

I did the Xfinity chat and it checked my signals and said they are ok.

"Forbidden errors" can not be caused by any possible RF signal / impairment issues. They are unrelated. The forbidden errors are an IP address / browser / website thing. So, your speeds are normal ? And have those values populated now ?
