XB8 iPhone Internet Connectivity Issue

We upgraded to XB8 recently and we have been having connectivity issues with our iphones.  The iphone connect to the gateway fine, but the internet access either drops completely or slows often.  The only workaround I have been able to find is setting security to WPA3-Personal instead of WPA3-Personal-Transition.  Unfortunately in this setting, my older devices are no longer able to connect.  Can someone from Xfinity Please help, as I have had zero success getting in touch with an actual person.

Thanks for reaching out to us, 

If you jump onto our awesome Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps , go to Wi-Fi, troubleshoot Wi-Fi, after it checks your home network it will then let you troubleshoot specific devices connected to your home network. There from the app you should be able to see your iPhones connected to your home network and go through the troubleshooting steps that you can most likely fix remotely
