Xb8 failures

Xfinity Installed xb8 8/2/26.

I have 13 Sonos speakers in 9 rooms

had Sonos failures 8.15.26 several days. (Groups and rooms dropping out. App freezing no connectivity.

now xb8 has gone offline 2x last two days

reboot helped first time

is this modem router going to be ongoing problem?

Does it fail a lot?i

is there A Sonos compatibility issue?

help?!
