XB8 Ethernet ports not all work

I’m having a similar issue that many of you appear to have. Only 1 of my Ethernet ports work but I need at least 2 of them working. Ugh should I just get the local store to replace it?

I would power cycle the modem first, the use one device that you know has a good working Networking card and cat 5 or 6 cable. Then you will know for sure the ports are working on the modem.

actually, upon further investigation all 4 ports work.  so that's not the root of my issue.  But I still cannot hardwire my PS5 - I've tested the connection between rooms and my CAT 5e is properly wired and cable tester returns good results.  And I actually have an XB8-T rather than XB8.

Andyandyandy1 Is it only the PS5 that is having trouble connecting through an Ethernet cable? Were you able to test the same cable with another device?
