XB7 router latency issues

Switched to the xFi complete package and got a XB7 router, but am frequently getting high latency and ping spikes.

I tried connecting with Ethernet, but the issue still persists.

I had one of the older black and skinny xFi gateways that worked fine before switching to the XB7.

Can someone help. Thank you.

@user_5hzwe9 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble after changing to a newer modem. Have you also tried using the automated troubleshooting in the Xfinity app? From the Services tab, you can select Troubleshoot under Internet and it will run diagnostics and other remote steps to help correct several issues right away.
