XB7 Modem Problem

I recently got a XB7 modem and my app says I have a 5 GHz Wi-Fi, but it doesn’t want to show up on my devices.

Hello @user_zj9dpq. Thank you for reaching out on out Community Forum. When you sign into the Xfinity app, Does it show that the split bands option is on under your Wi-Fi settings?
