XB7 in Bridge Mode working with UDM - UDM not getting Public IP

Up until last Wednesday, we had been worry free via an Arris modem (provided by us) connected to a Ubiquiti UDM router. I had about 10 port forwards set up on the UDM for gate relays and other servers on our LAN. All was working fine. I have attached a screen shot which shows the UDM not getting a public IP from the XB7. I have the UDM connected to Port 1 on the XB7 and the XB7 is in bridge mode.

The UDM is providing Internet to all connected devices, but the Port Forwarding on the UDM is not working. The UDM had been working just fine behind an Arris Modem until July 13, when we lost Internet and Comcast Agent said our Boot Record was messed up. She reset our connection and that stopped the UDM from working. The UDM had been working ever since Late April when we turned on the Comcast service. After 3 days of not being able to get the UDM to get Internet from the Arris Modem, I got the XB7 and had the agent put it in bridge mode and the UDM was connected and was able to pass Internet on to its connected devices. I then tested the port forward devices and they failed to work. I then noticed the UDM WAN was getting the 10.0.0.212 address and not the public address.

What setting on the UB7 needs to be changed to provide the UDM a public IP on it's WAN IP?
