XB7 gateway (red light) power cycle
My XB7 gateway continually drops out (red light) requiring power cycle; 4-5 times a week. I have had this newer gateway installed 2 months, replacing an old hardware DPC3939 system which never dropped out.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.

It's important to us that you have a great connection on every device and in every room. We'll work together and get to the bottom of this! Have you tried using the Xfinity My Account app to troubleshoot your connection? During power cycling the equipment did you also check the coaxial cable connection to ensure it's nice and tightly connected?
