How do I get the XB7? I don't see a possibility to exchange my TG3482G for the XB7.

I just called them and they mailed me one, I had it in 2 days with standard shipping, but I think it depends on what package you have, I have the 1 gig, I upgraded from he Xb6

I called 1 800 Comcast, I did it at night so I got agent right away
