XB6-A Modum Ethernet Port capped at 100mbps

I was sent a new XB6-A modum to install because the Ethernet ports on the old one were limited to 100mbps for some reason. I’m paying for the 600mbps plan and I have a 1GB capable Ethernet card in my pc and a cat6 Ethernet cable. I installed the new modum and connect my Ethernet cable to check what it’s limited at and it once again shows a cap at 100mbps. Any help

I am having the same issue and am seeing that info here:

Gateway > Hardware > LAN Ethernet

after I log into the modem via PC.  Also, the light on the ethernet port is blinking orange (10/100) instead of green (high speed internet).
