XB6 router wifi not showing

We got a new router with the model listed as XB6. Most of our devices reconnected without an issue but we have been unable to connect our Ring cameras and smart bulbs through the Alexa app. The WiFi name does not auto populate and it rejects it when I enter the information manually. I tried separating the bands into 2.4 and 5.0 with different names but it still did not populate and rejected when entered. I also tried restarting and setting up the router again. It did not work. Weirdly, we have an Echo Show that has connected to the WiFi without a problem. The other Alexa/Amazon devices seem to be unable to be connected.
