XB6 is making loud noises
Recently I noticed my XFi Advanced Gateway XB6 is making loud humming noises, I’m unsure when it started, I only noticed it recently due to moving my PC setup my the modem. Is there a way to fix this or can I call & have it swapped for a new one? If I can swap it will it cost anything to do so?

A well known problem. The cooling fan is malfunctioning. There is no fix other than to get it swapped out for another. Take it to your local Xfinity store or ship it back for free via UPS and have them ship you another one. You can even get *home pickup*.
