XB10 stuck on 2000/300 profile - Need FDX Symmetrical Bootfile
Hello,
Xfinity recently completed network upgrades in my area and offered the new 2000 Mbps down / 2000 Mbps up symmetrical speed package. To accommodate this, my modem was upgraded to the new XB10. Last month, technicians also completely replaced all physical drop lines coming into my home.
My home network is fully updated with new Cat6 cabling and a standalone TP-Link BE600 router. The XB10 is successfully configured in Bridge Mode.
Despite all new infrastructure, my speeds remain completely unchanged at exactly 2000 Mbps down and 300 Mbps up. I contacted a chat agent, but they were unable to successfully reprovision the modem for symmetrical speeds. It appears my account is stuck in a billing loop on the legacy mid-split profile.
Could an official digital care specialist please take a look at my account backend, remove the old internet rate codes, and rebuild them to push the correct DOCSIS 4.0 / FDX symmetrical bootfile profile to my XB10?
Thank you!
