My new XB10 only has one phone port, but I have two home phone lines. My XB8 has two phone ports, which work fine.

@user_q0yl15 Thank you for reaching out to us via Forums regarding the phone port concern. You're more than welcome to visit any Xfinity store to swap out the modem if an additional port is needed. You may use the Xfinity app to find the address to the nearest store to you.
