Xb10 modem

I'm wondering if this is available yet. I've been trying to get one, and it seems impossible to get any information. Agents seem confused about it and send me to stores claiming they have it, just for associates at Xfinity stores to look confused as well. I have 2GB download speed and the fastest plan available, along with being a Diamond member with Xfinity.
