Xb10 gateway setup

Trying to setup my XB10 Gateway and I can’t get past the checking connection section.  Fails with the message something’s not right.  My old XB8 works fine on the same connection.

One option is to check all your connections again, one is to try to connect again and one is to schedule a technician because you don’t have internet to your house (which I do because my old modem still works).

Okay, thank you for that additional information. When you have the XB10 connected, what color is the light, when it is hooked up? Is it solid for flashing?
