XB10 dropping IPv6 FORWARD traffic — breaks IPv6 services, persists across resets
My XB10 gateway is dropping IPv6 FORWARD traffic to my LAN devices, breaking IPv6-dependent services like YouTube while IPv4 works fine. The affected services work instantly on cellular and fail on my home network, confirming it's the gateway. The gateway's own firewall logs (Troubleshooting > Logs) show FW.IPv6 FORWARD drop and FW.IPv6 INPUT drop counts climbing into the thousands during the failures. It persists across firewall security levels (Typical and Custom/disabled) and survives reboots, power cycles, and resets — pointing to firmware. This appears to match the documented IPv6 routing issue on XB-series gateways. Can this be escalated to network engineering for a firmware check?

I understand how important your services are to you as they are to me as I also to work from home full time and any service issues will cause a headache not only to not be able to assist my customers but prevents my kids from getting school work done and being entertained while I am working! I want to make sure we are respecting your time and not repeat the steps you have taken previously. What troubleshooting steps have you taken?
