XB10 DOCSIS 4.0 provisioning error after reboot
Need assistance from an official employee to re-provision an XB10 gateway on the XI - NextGen MGig FDX (2000/2000) tier. Automated reboot assigned a fallback bootfile. Physical line verified clean (tested at 534 Mbps upstream). Reference ticket: [Edited: Personal Information]

To send a Direct Message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
