X pods move to another house

I have two Xfinity accounts. At one we changed from gen 1 to gen 2 pods. I want to use my gen 1 pods at the other house that still has gen 1 pods. Do I need to reset them to move? Or remove them from the other house?  I don’t see then at the priginal house and they don’t work at the second house.

Hey there @user_zn3bcn, those Wi-Fi Boost pods really come in handy, so I'm glad you're able to utilize them to maximize your network. Also, thank you for making us part of your homes 🙌. At the address that has the gen 1 pods that you're looking to connect to, are you using an Xfinity Gateway? Is your modem/gateway in bridge mode?

Aparently it's an XB6.  Three pods were working and I was having trouble adding the 3 from the other house.  Now none of the 6 are working.  I don't know where to check on bridge mode.  I don't believe we have a seperate router so I don't believe we are using bridge mode.

@user_zn3bcn, Gotcha, those are solid gateways and can handle your speed and devices perfectly fine. Are you able to follow the steps outlined to Activate your Wi-Fi Boost Pods at your home in the Xfinity app? Also, be sure to make sure your addresses are Linked, and you selected the appropriate account.

I can see all 6 pods on the app but they won't connect.

@user_zn3bcn, Understood, thank you so much for going through those activation steps to add your pods to your network. By chance, do you know if you have 1 Wi-Fi network? This Link can help you make sure your Wi-Fi mode is set to "automatic", that way your gateway finds the best connection for your devices.
