Wrong Modem shown Device Info page
I'm looking on the Device Info page and it says I have a ARRIS (Motorola) SBG1000 modem, when I have a ARRIS SBG10 modem I bought. How am I supposed to know if my modem is compatible if it shows the wrong modem??

Hey there, @suel3. If the modem is registered with our system, we can provide service through that device. Our system will not register a device on our backend if we can't support it.
