Wrong boot file
My speed is not right due to incorrect boot file. How can I force my modem into walled garden so that may activate with correct boot file? I own my own modem. Thank you in advance.

You don't need to be in their Walled Garden Captive Portal. If the correct config / bootfile is actually queued on the system, a power cycle operation of the modem will pull it. If it's not present, you'll need to contact a rep to check and correct the provisioning data so that the correct file gets pushed to it.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @Rymac17. If you are still experiencing an issue with that boot file send us a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service, and we can assist you with getting that corrected.
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
