Worst WiFi of all time
Mind boggling how often this wifi cuts out. Cannot game for more than 30 minutes at a time. Cannot stream TV shows without the wifi cutting out. Can’t be on my phone without the wifi cutting out. This is the only internet company I have ever had issues with. Worst wifi service of all time. Will never be using this garbage company again. Hilarious that you think you can charge even $40 a month for this.

@user_t89knb Thanks for letting us know. Having a solid connection is vital. We can help make sure it is stable. Follow the Xfinity Assistant here https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant. Sign in using your Xfinity ID and password. Select Troubleshooting help from the available options. Choose the Internet option and follow the prompts. That will help fix the connection issues, and schedule a tech if it's not resolved.
