Worst Service ever
I pay a lot of money for fast service and I barely get dial-up speed. I call to speak with with someone and all I get the the Virtual assistant or a link to chat. NEVER a live person. I must have done 15 resets and the same results. It says, if you continue to have problems call back, when I call back, all I get is the same message and same instruction to follow. Reset Modem, wait 10 mins, call if there is still problem.
Yes, there is a problem xfinity and their customer service and lack there of. This has been extremely frustrating as I can NOT work from home with dial up speed internet.

Thank you for following the typical steps of correcting service issues. Did the speed suddenly drop one day or has this been an ongoing issue for some time?
