Worst experience ever

The last few days my Internet has just randomly been shutting itself off. The gateway doesn't turn off, but the Internet just stops working until I unplug it and plug it back in. You guys directed me into your nearest store to swap out my gateway with the new gateway. I did just that. When I get home, the gateway will not connect so I spent three hours on the phone with technical support and the app trying to get my Internet service working. Technical support tells me to go back to the store and get my old modem back. so make another trip down to the store and I'm greeted by an employee who tells me I'll have to wait when I ask for the supervisor or the store manager. I'm told he's not allowed to get them until I speak to a normal store employee.  After waiting for 15 minutes, I went to a different employee and asked them to get the Supervisor for me. They went into the back area and disappeared never be seen again. Then I go up and ask another employee to go get the manager for me because I'm super escalated at this point frustrated and super [Edited: Language] and I'm about to start getting loud and instead of me being disrespectful and getting loud I'd like to just work directly with the manager to which I was told no that they could not find or they didn't know where their manager was. I asked am I gonna have to go knock on doors in the back room and they told me I can if I want. So I walked back to the back area and knocked on the first door to which the manager answered. (Surprise) I explained the situation to him and he didn't seem to give a [Edit: Language]. The only employee in the Salem, Oregon store who actually gave a [Edit: Language] and tried to help me was a manager named Joseph.   Absolutely despicable customer service. When I asked for the district manager information so I can call and speak to them I was told no in refused. This was an experience absolutely disgusting, despicable, and ridiculous. I've been a customer for nearly 10 years now and this is how I'm treated in the store store because I'm not there to make a purchase.  The door greeter was unprofessional, standoffish and needs some training in de-escalating upset customers, the whole store needs it except joseph.

Hello Cdiehl88, it's never ideal to spend so much of your time working to get your service working as it should, so I can't even begin to imagine what you went through. I'd love a chance to help you, and help turn things around. Thank you for making us part of your home the last 10+ years, 10 or 30 I will do all that I can to help you. Let's start with your connection issues. Were you able to activate your gateway, and did that resolve the intermittent connection issue?
