Worst customer service
2nd time with even more frustration now.
I had better [Edited: "Language"] internet in the middle of the woods off a [Edited: "Language"] satellite ran by [Edited: "Language"] generator. I pay for the 2nd most expensive internet plan an my satellite internet outperforms it.
y’all sold me on speeds up to 1000mbps download not [Edited: "Language"] 64-84mbps download (WiFi)
wired 600-800mbps I can live still on the slow end of things and frustrating. But I can deal. However I’m not Harding wiring every [Edited: "Language"] thing I own!!
I never had slow speeds, video buffering, internet dropping, game lagging a rubber banding on WiFi until I got xfinity.
and all your team wants to say is it appears to be In great health. And is nothing but rude, the furthest thing from being helpful, I actually think yall don’t know what customer service is or to be helpful.
you charge me $100 for a tech I have to take the day off off I’m now out $400 for you to simple provided what you originally sold me!? Thts [Edited: "Language"] insane. No absolutely not. I work in a service industry. Customers house to house and am often left coded, keys or instructions to enter homes, business, apartments.
if your technician can be accountable to be in a customers home alone he shouldn’t be a tech. I will absolutely never purchase xfinity again or recommend it to anyone.

Yes I had appt for tomorrow 12-2:00. Yes I canceled it because I and so frustrated that I gave you guys my business. You pissed me off to the point where I don’t even want you in my home. I want to throw your router in the trash.
