Work VPN Issue

I can no longer access my work VPN. I can through my phone's Hot Spot so the issue is with Xfinity. How my I fix this issue please?

Thanks for posting on our community forums, user_px2etl. I'm sorry to hear about the VPN not working properly. Have you tried rebooting the modem manually or through the Xfinity App? This can help refresh the connection and fix any connectivity issues.
