Won’t restore service to neighborhood or provide updates
This is the second time in less than a week that many homes in my community have lost service (first time was for 4 days) and xFinity simply stops providing updates on the outage map or via text. The customer service phone number now will not allow calls to escalate to a live person. Most of us are now likely to switch providers as XFinity is clearly incompetent—and does not care that they simply abandon paying customers. This is beyond shameful—seems like robbery.
