Won’t connect

Much like many others on here, I can’t get the WI-FI to connect on my TV as it keeps saying “invalid password”, but I’m typing it in right. 

Feel like I’ve tried everything.


Forgot the Wi-Fi network. Tried to reconnect. Nope. “Invalid password”. Unplugged router. Nope. Unplugged TV. Nope. Factory reset on TV. Nope. Changed password 3 times. Nope. Keeps saying incorrect password when it clearly isn’t.

@user_77ea2d, Thank you for reaching out about this connection issue. I am sorry for the frustration this has caused and appreciate you providing the steps you have taken to resolve this issue. Are you using an xFi Pod on your network? If so, please unplug it for a few minutes and then plug it back in. It may also be helpful to uninstall and reinstall the xFi pod. If you do not have xFi Pods and continue to experience this issue, please reply so we can continue to troubleshoot this issue.
