Woke up to no Internet flashing green downstream on modem

Flashing green DS light modem (Netgear CM1000v2)

Currently have no internet DS light flashing once per second. Tried resetting and restarting nothing seems to work. There are no locked DS channels. And getting three errors.

The modem is offline.

First, check here for info on any possible local outages;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, a neighbor's internet if you need to, to check it.
