Wireless service is horrible
It’s not been a week and this new equipment doesn’t work!!! Every few minutes the picture or voice freezes. I have better reception on my Roku tv not connected to xfinity. Why have you done this? If the system still has bugs to work out why would you do this? My house is 10,000,00 sq. Feet did you plan on the system for a large home?

Hello @user_8t40ge Sorry to hear about the wireless box issues. 10,000 sq ft is on the larger side that may require extenders or hardwired connections depending on the distance from the box to our modem. Roughly how far away is the wireless box currently?
