Wireless connection not working?

I am able to connect my phone and computer to my wifi but neither my Xbox or roku are able to. Anytime I try to connect it will tell me wireless connection unavailable. I’ve tried every troubleshooting solution and nothing will change it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Are you currently using the Xfinity Wireless Gateway as a router or do you have your own? We would love as many details as you can provide excluding name, address, MAC addresses, and the like. Thank you!

@XfinityTony Hi someone or some how Xfinity keeps turning on a hotspot under my account. I have several chat tickets about the issue. i also noticed that besides turning on the hotspot even thought on the website it says disabled, my bridge mode keeps getting disabled. I have my own router I use so this issue has been an eye sore since April when I called in and spoke to 2 reps via the phone support line. I am ready to stop using Xfinity if this isn't fixed like yesterday!!
