Windows 11 Wi-Fi Spectrum Analyzer Data

I was having trouble connecting to my in house Xfinity and xfinitywifi hotspots with my Windows 11 machine.  I did something from Windows to generate a HTML file with the title "Wi-Fi Spectrum Analyzer Data".

I have tried to do it again and have no idea how I generated it.  Can anyone fill me in on how I did it?  I did not install any apps.

I did solve my problem.  I am guessing Xfinity remembers the MAC address when you first initialize their router and blocks it from connecting. Once I set me network properties to change the MAC  daily, all has been good.

Thanks folks.  I just went back to my browser history on the day I generated that report.  The link was not in Windows, but really my new Xfinity Gateway under "Troubleshooting".

Troubleshooting > Wi-Fi Spectrum Analyzer

Once longed in my router, the links is http://10.0.0.1/wifi_spectrum_analyzer.jst

Hello @SammyS56, and thanks for reaching out to us for help. To confirm, you are trying to create an HTML file on your device for future connections issues to your Windows 11 machine?

@XfinityEricB yes. When I was trying to figure out what was happening, clicking on a option in the network setting or diagnostics on my laptop, I generated a report. I have no idea how to reproduce what I did. I would offer a screen shot of what saved as a html file, but I don't see away to attach a jpg file.

@SammyS56 If it was a setting you changed on the PC then that wouldn't be something we would be able to assist with. Is the PC currently connected to the internet?

Host the pic at one of those free pic hosting sites and post the link to it here.
